**Position Overview**:
As a Marketing Executive for our showroom, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various channels to effectively reach our target audience and drive foot traffic to our showroom.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our showroom and increase brand visibility.
- Plan and execute radio advertising campaigns to reach local audiences effectively.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies to create compelling ads for print, digital, and other media platforms.
- Oversee ATL (Above the Line) marketing activities such as television commercials and outdoor advertising.
- Manage BTL (Below the Line) marketing initiatives including events, sponsorships, and direct mail campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies that drive traffic and boost sales.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on showroom or retail marketing preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
