We are immediately hiring for the role of _**Customer Care Executive (agent level)**_

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Understand customer queries and respond to it ensuring that all queries/concerns are answered.
- Answers their questions in a clear and concise manner using full sentences without grammatical and spelling errors.
- Respond to customers in the prescribed format given by the client.

Process Type_**: International Voice (chat plus calling)**_

**Pay Structure**
- Freshers - **Up to Rs 23500 CTC** (Basic Salary, Monthly)
- Experienced - **Up to Rs 27500 CTC** (Basic Salary, Monthly)

**Eligibility**
- Excellent English communication skills required (both spoken and written).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹23,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
