**Job Summary**:
The Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service by managing and resolving client issues promptly and efficiently. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Service Executive will also contribute to process improvements and service optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve service issues or escalations, ensuring customer concerns are addressed to their satisfaction.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- **Service Coordination**: Liaise with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- **Service Improvement**: Analyze customer feedback and service performance data to identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement strategies for enhanced service quality.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and maintain regular reports on service activities, customer satisfaction metrics, and complaint resolution rates.
- **Training and Development**: Train junior service staff on customer service standards and processes. Help develop training materials and conduct service-related workshops if necessary.
- **Process Documentation**: Ensure all service processes are documented and kept up to date. Work towards streamlining service operations for efficiency.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines in service delivery.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
