Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and increase our brand presence online. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) aligned with brand identity
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement (replying to comments & messages)
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design team to create campaigns and promotional material
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness (contests, giveaways, influencer tie-ups, etc.)
  • Prepare monthly reports on performance and recommend improvements

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive / Digital Marketing Executive (1–3 years)
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
  • Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and content creation skills
  • Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Ability to run paid advertising campaigns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹40,949.15 per month
