**Role Description**

This is an Internship role for a Founder’s office - Operations Executive located in Hyderabad. The Operations Executive will be supporting Fund’s Partners, responsible for day-to-day Administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operational processes, and managing administrative activities effectively on-site. Experience to hosting key Events, Registration, executive coordination, travel arrangements, Records management, Budget management, Annual documentation, Financial Accounts coordination, Key Project delivery, Gift Sourcing, Hospitality etc are some of the key elements, but not an exhaustive list.

Coordination with Banks, Regulator facing POCs etc would also be added in the role, as the confidence gets built gradually.

The role involves mirroring Partners’ day to day activities and overseeing various operational aspects to support the company’s goals and objectives, as needed time-to-time.

**Qualifications**
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication proficiency
- Strong Analytical Skills, Market Research, Data Analysis, and Report Preparation skills
- Experience in Administrative coordination & Operations Management
- Ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders (English, Telugu & Hindi Speaking)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree with strong computation skills on EXCEL, Powerpoints, SAAS tools
- Interest in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and start-up ecosystem would be added advantage

**Compensation -**

This is a stipend led role with the objective to learn and fine-tune the skills.
