**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through research and outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of saes activities and customer interactions in CRM System
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions
- Present and demonstrate IT products and services to prospects.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competition, and the latest IT products.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and follow-up on post-sale activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of IT products and services (software, cloud, networking, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.

Pay: ₹41,667.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
