We are seeking a highly motivated and technically sound Product Manager with a balance of assertiveness and kindness, who can take complete ownership of products and deliver high quality results. As a Product Manager at Fynd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various technology and e-commerce products within our organization. Knowledge of the e-commerce and platform ecosystem is considered a significant advantage.

**What will you do at Fynd ?**
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- ** Product Lifecycle Management**: Monitor the product throughout its lifecycle, making updates and improvements as necessary.
- ** Competitive Analysis**:Keep a pulse on the market, identify competitive threats and opportunities, and adjust the product strategy accordingly.
- ** Program Oversight**:Manage and oversee multiple technology and e-commerce products, ensuring that they align with the company's strategic objectives. Work with product and project managers to develop comprehensive plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Leverage your technical knowledge to provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams, facilitating efficient communication and problem-solving.
- ** Assertive**:Work with assertiveness, making critical decisions and keeping projects on track, while also fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.

**Some Specific requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
- Held (Master's or MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of Product management experience in technology, with a focus on e-commerce or platform ecosystem products.
- Strong technical background and understanding of technology development processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assertive yet kind style of working.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
