**Experienced Travel Desk Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Travel Coordination**: Manage and coordinate all travel arrangements, including domestic and international flights, hotel bookings, car rentals, and transportation for employees and clients.
- **Itinerary Management**: Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel requirements are met.
- **Vendor Liaison**: Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and services.
- **Expense Management**: Monitor and track travel expenses, ensuring adherence to company budgets.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all travel arrangements and expenses.
**Desired Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-5 years in a travel desk or corporate travel coordination role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certification in Travel & Tourism is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple travel requests and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
**Preferred Experience**
- Experience in handling travel arrangements for senior management and large teams.
- Familiarity with corporate travel policies and budget management.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa processes.
