**About Us**

At **Collective AEC**, we specialize in delivering cutting-edge architectural solutions with a strong focus on design innovation, 3D visualization, and advanced digital modeling. We are looking for a talented **Architect** to join our team and contribute to creative, functional, and sustainable design solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
- Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations for client presentations.
- Collaborate with design teams and consultants to deliver innovative solutions.
- Prepare construction documents, working drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- Communicate design ideas effectively through sketches, diagrams, and 3D renderings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience as an Architect (2-5 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in 3D software such as **Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, Lumion, or Unreal Engine**.
- Knowledge of rendering engines (**V-Ray, Corona, Enscape**) is a plus.
- Excellent design, presentation, and visualization skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
