We are looking for a talented BIM Architect who is passionate about delivering accurate and efficient BIM models and documentation for international projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Revit & ArchiCAD models for architectural and interior projects.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, schedules, and documentation as per international standards (US, UK, Japan, etc.).
- Collaborate with international architects and consultants to ensure BIM coordination and clash-free models.
- Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and maintain proper BIM standards & workflows.
- Support automation and parametric workflows when required (integration with Dynamo or Grasshopper is a plus).
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality BIM documentation for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a BIM Architect or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) and ArchiCAD.
- Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and documentation best practices.
- Familiarity with BIM 360, Navisworks, or clash detection tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of international codes and standards (US, UK, or Asian markets preferred).
- Good communication and collaboration skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
