**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- CANDIDATE SHOULD KNOW THE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HTML, PHOTO SHOP, PHP
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Create original digital content across various social media platforms.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Copy-editing and proofreading articles, business documents, web content & graphics designing.
Writing engaging posts for various social networks including Face book, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In etc. based on the target audiences behaviours.
Experience creating or content for websites, newsletters, blogs etc.
Experience in digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), Google analytics etc.
Excellent presentation & communication skills.
Excellent with MS Office especially PowerPoint.
Proficiency in various software such as Adobe Photoshop, Coral Draw etc. will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team and have a dedicated approach to working within and meeting strict deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
