- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns to enhance retention.
- Drive sales through direct and indirect channels, achieving assigned targets.

**Marketing & New Client Acquisition**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Identify and onboard potential clients to expand the customer base.

**Field Visits & Market Insights**:

- Conduct regular visits to all the East Indian areas to understand market dynamics.
- Gather real-time market news, trends, and customer preferences.

**Team Building & Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the internal team to improve sales strategies.

**Agency & Partner Management**
- Establish and maintain connections with têxtile agencies and sales agents.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to enhance brand outreach and promotional activities.
- Negotiate agreements with third-party distributors to optimize market penetration.
