**Requirements**:

- Graduates or undergraduates with excellent communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in an international BPO setting.
- Proficient in handling customer queries and providing effective solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive salary of 31,000 INR CTC (Cost to Company) per month.
- Performance-linked incentive of 2,000 INR.

- Five-day work week with rotational shifts.

**Salary**: ₹31,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
