Hiring for Field Officer
Location: Ghatkopar

**Salary**: 18k to 25k CTC+ Travel allowance+ Food Allowance

Job Profile:
**1. Documentation Submission**:

- Handle the submission of all necessary documentation to PF, ESIC, labor offices, and other relevant authorities.
**2. PF Withdrawal and Transfer**:

- Provide assistance with PF withdrawal, transfer, and joint declaration processes, both online and offline.
**3. Client Site Visits**:

- Conduct monthly visits to client sites to assist their employees with PF withdrawal and transfer processes
**4. Experience and Expertise**:

- Utilize at least 1 year of experience in PF withdrawal and transfer activities to efficiently manage and resolve issues.
**5. Travel Requirements**:

- Be flexible and willing to travel as needed to various client sites.
- Ensure timely and effective support is provided to employees, regardless of location.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in PF withdrawal and transfer activities.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, and labor laws, including both online and offline procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and their employees.
- Proficiency in handling documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel as per job requirements
