Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and articulate **Appointment Setter** to connect with high-achieving professionals and introduce them to our coaching program. This role is critical in **qualifying leads, booking sales calls, and ensuring a seamless client experience**. Key Responsibilities
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Qualify leads and book calls with high-intent prospects for our sales team.
- **Follow-Ups & Nurturing**: Handle objections, provide additional information, and maintain strong relationships to boost call attendance rates.
- **CRM Management**: Track all interactions, follow-ups, and call bookings in the CRM system.
- **Brand Representation**: Maintain a professional, confident, and high-energy approach that reflects the MFW brand.
- **Performance & Goal Achievement**: Consistently meet and exceed targets for booked calls and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- **Exceptional Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication with an ability to engage high-achieving professionals.
- **Sales or Appointment Setting Experience**: A proven track record in sales, cold outreach, or appointment setting is preferred.
- **Confidence & Persuasion**: Ability to handle objections and influence decisions effectively.
- **Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented**: Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- **Resilient & Self-Motivated**: Thrives in a **fast-paced, performance-driven** environment.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using **CRM tools, scheduling software, and communication platforms**.
