**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Inside Sales Lead
**Experience**: 1-4 years in inside sales or telesales,
Preferably in Healthcare Tech, EdTech, or D2C services
**Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Persuasive with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet daily/weekly targets
- Comfortable with CRM tools and structured follow-ups
- Willing to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Conversion & Sales Execution**
- Contact and convert inbound leads to customers using consultative selling over phone, WhatsApp, and video calls
- Pitch relevant care plans or services based on customer needs
- Achieve set targets on calls, meetings, and conversions
**Customer Engagement**
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to keep them engaged
- Address objections, answer service-related questions, and build trust with empathy
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to care/support teams after conversion
**CRM & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate lead and call records using CRM tools (e.g., Lead Squared, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Update lead status and ensure timely follow-ups
- Report daily activity and performance metrics to the team lead
**Market Insight**
- Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve offerings
- Stay updated with service knowledge, pricing, and market trends
