**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for IT/Software/HR/Outsourcing services.
- Understand client requirements and map them to company offerings.
- Schedule meetings/demos with potential clients and support senior sales team in closures.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM and prepare periodic reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in **inside sales (minimum 1 year)**.
- Industry exposure in **IT / Software / Human Resource / Outsourcing** preferred.
- **MBA preferred** (not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and lead generation ability.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
