- Full TimeAs a Pre-Sales Telecaller in an IT company, your role will involve engaging with potential customers over the phone to generate leads, qualify prospects, and gather relevant information for the sales team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's IT products and services, providing technical expertise, and effectively communicating the value proposition to potential customers.Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
Introduce the company's IT products and services to potential customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand their specific business needs, technical requirements, and pain points.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to potential customers, explaining how the company's IT solutions can address their challenges and enhance their operations.
Effectively communicate pricing, licensing models, and any promotional offers to potential customers.
Follow pre-defined scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and accurate information delivery.
Identify and overcome objections related to technical aspects, budget constraints, or implementation concerns to generate interest and advance prospects through the sales funnel.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including lead generation activities, conversations, technical requirements, and outcomes.
Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to provide them with qualified leads, relevant customer information, and insights gathered during customer interactions.
Continuously update knowledge of the company's IT products, industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Achieve individual and team targets, including lead generation goals, call metrics, and sales conversion rates.
**Requirements**:
Proven 2+ years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar pre-sales role in the IT industry.
Must have exposure to working in the North America Market.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT products and services, such as software solutions, hardware infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to overcome technical objections and generate interest.
Ability to build rapport and establish a positive relationship with potential customers, including IT professionals, business decision-makers, and C-level executives.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
