**Job Summary**:We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of clients, selling insurance products, and providing tailored advice to meet clients' needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and a desire to build long-term client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options (e.g., life, health, auto, home, term insurance).
- Develop and deliver tailored insurance solutions based on individual or business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to offer accurate advice.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Should be able to work from the Noida office for 6 days a week/24 days in a month.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Graduation (except b tech, LLB )
- 10th, 12th Passout
- Freshers/Experience
- Good communication skills
