Setting up and running the production office.
- Supervising Production assistance.
- Managing schedules, including sending daily and weekly schedules and communicating schedule changes.
- Communicating the schedule to the crew.
- Coordinating transportation needs.
- Handling equipment rentals.
- Managing locations for film and events.
- Managing the food needs of the crew and creative members of the production.
- Planning and organizing production events within the budget.
- Introducing new ideas and concepts that might align with a project’s brand initiatives.
- Inform cast members about call times and any schedule changes.
- Order office inventory as needed.
- Supervise production assistants and provide daily tasks for them.
- Securing funding for production.
- Ensure that the film stays within the budget.
- Market the film during the buildup to its release.
- Work with other departments to create a great film.
- Maintain the brand image of the film.
- Create a long-term strategy for the film.
- Managing the daily affairs of cast and crew.
- Seeing the production through from conception to the final cut.
- Work within union regulations.
- Flexible working hours as required.
- Work schedule based on the project schedule.
- Ensure support for other project administration work.
- Allowances related to work will be barred by the company. Apart from salary, no other extra payment.
- Ensuring that the final product is of the highest quality.
- Approving all decisions on props, sets, scheduling changes, etc.
- Resolving internal conflict during production.
- Assisting in the marketing and promotion of the product.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
