Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Coordination**: Manage and support the sales process for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) related to welding, ensuring seamless communication between internal departments, vendors, and customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Utilize in-depth knowledge of PPE products to assist customers with their needs and provide accurate product information.
- **Vendor & Customer Interaction**: Act as the primary liaison between the company, vendors, and customers, ensuring timely order processing, delivery, and issue resolution.
- **Internal Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and procurement to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, orders, and customer interactions, and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Knowledge**: Comprehensive understanding of PPE, especially those related to welding safety.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
