About the Role
Building strong business relationships, and to establish LexisNexis reputation as a customer focused organization. This will require implementing and executing appropriate customer training programs with in the assigned customers / segments, and remedial practices within the specified timelines and managing the subscriber base within the designated region and handling all customer queries related to the Online product.
**Responsibilities**:
- Visiting customers onsite and provide high level of customer trainings in the designated segment. This includes designing and customizing training programs based on Training Needs Analysis, Improve the existing customer training practices, and providing superior customer support.
- Handling incoming customer communications/queries relating to products, Updates, Training, Search related queries and resolve the same within the stipulated time frames.
- Handling selected outgoing customer communications relating to product updates, important Notifications, and others as appropriate.
- Managing the subscriber base to prevent customer attrition and to develop life
- long customers. Understand the workflow of the customers and continually identify training gaps.
- Keeping abreast of product information including upgrades and features and sharing best practices with peers.
- Maintaining efficient and effective internal and external communication to achieve Customer Services goals.
- Developing training plans to ensure Feedback level scores are achieved for the department.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build successful relationships
- Have experience in developing training material, preferably legal
- Have thorough content development knowledge, include the ability to develop related business cases, content and product training plans
- Preferably have a Bachelor of Laws in local jurisdiction.
- Able to multi-task and has good time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Have technical skills including Microsoft Office, Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
