**Job Description**:
Responsibility:
1.Daily supervision of incoming materials i.e Unloading of Material from Vehicle in Main Store, Document Verification: Knowledge of Documentation, Physical verification of Items w.r.t. Invoice/ Packing List, GRN creation on time, GRN Submission to F&A with covering Note.

2.Offer incoming materials for quality clearance.

3.After quality clearance storage of these items. Location Updation in SAP.

4.Supervision of Issue section i.e MRs received from user vs items delivered.MR Posting in SAP. Tracking & posting MR for items unloaded outside Main Store

5.Physical inventory verification.

6.MIS report generation.

7.Shelf Life Tracking.Issue of Shelf Life items on FIFO basis.

8.Making RDN for rejected items. Rejection Dispatch/ Gate Pass preparation in SAP.

9.Identification of Non-Moving Plant Stock and project stock.
