**Quality Supervisor**

**Qualification: Diploma/Degree Mechanical**

**Experience : 3 to 5 yrs**

**Skills**:

- Quality assurance department and staff, maintaining a system of quality and testing/inspect the products
- Monitoring work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld.
- Supervise and review corrective solutions and prevent action claims.
- Make documentation of internal audits and quality assurance activities.ake a look at customer complaints.
- Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.Making CAPA, 8D reports, and photo inspection reports.
- Sheet metal process quality assurance, such as punching, bending, fabrication, powder coating, and assembly, must be well understood.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Manufacturing and assembly procedures planning processes.
