**Key Responsibilities**
- **Monitoring Production Processes**:

- Assist in ensuring that all production processes adhere to company and regulatory quality standards.
- Conduct in-line checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- **Quality Testing**:

- Perform laboratory tests on samples for physical, chemical, and microbiological attributes.
- Calibrate and operate testing equipment under supervision.
- **Inspection and Documentation**:

- Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging materials for compliance with specifications.
- Record and maintain detailed reports of testing, inspections, and deviations.
- **Assisting with Audits**:

- Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP, or ISO certifications).
- Shadow the QC team during plant audits.
- **Troubleshooting Quality Issues**:

- Assist in identifying and resolving quality-related issues in production.
- Provide input on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- **Hygiene and Safety Enforcement**:

- Support sanitation checks and adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Promote a safe and clean working environment.

**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnolo, Bsc Chemistry or a related field.
- **Technical Knowledge**:
Basic understanding of quality standards like HACCP, ISO 22000, or GMP is a plus.
- **Experience**:
Previous coursework or projects related to food safety or quality control is beneficial.

- Comfort with interpreting test results and identifying patterns or anomalies.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency with MS Office and basic lab equipment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
