Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including revenue recognition, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

Ensure accurate and timely reporting, supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Develop and implement efficient financial controls, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance and optimize processes.

Manage the reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts and analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper revenue recognition, especially for subscription-based contracts and SaaS-related transactions.

Support audit processes, including preparation of audit schedules and liaising with external auditors.

Utilize NetSuite to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior finance staff as needed

**Requirements**:
Education and Certification: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; U.S. CPA certification (any U.S. state) is mandatory

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience with a U.S.based company, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector

Technical Skills: Proficient in NetSuite with hands-on experience in using it for accounting operations and financial reporting

Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience in handling subscription revenue recognition for SaaS businesses

Other Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to effectively collaborate with U.S.based teams

Work Hours: Must be able to support U.S. business hours
