1. Compensation experience

a. Need to have worked in Compensation for a few years in order to understand the processes (doesn't have to be WD Adv Comp, but this is preferred)

2. WD experience

a. Advanced Compensation is preferred but not required, WD DQM colleagues are another good fit

b. Understanding how WD works, terminology

c. Knowing how to use and pull information from Community and presenting to the client

i. What is a brainstorm and why is it important

ii. What role community plays in the WD ecosystem

d. Being able to take an SOP/DWI and work through a process without guidance

3. Account leadership

a. Confident communication with clients directly with no support

b. Leading a call via an agenda

i. Call note documentation

ii. Follow up of questions asked

iii. Scheduling internal or client follow up calls for Q&A or other discussions

iv. Owning the agenda from one call to the next

4. Scheduling internal calls to ensure thorough agenda development, updates and documentation

5. Individual ownership and drive

a. Taking ownership and driving to answers or responses

b. Flexibility to cover if the main resource is out

c. Being able to offer alternatives or being able to research alternatives to a client approach

d. Knowing your resources and how and when to lean on them mainly focused on AMS

Soft Skills
- Strong communicator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good problem solver, resourceful and thinks critically
- Working North America hours with flexibility for starting and ending work times
- Exhibits a high degree of ownership over processes

System Experience (minimum of 1 year)
- Experience using HR system to execute transactions and research inquiries

Technical Skills (minimum of 3 years)
- Experience loading files, auditing and resolving errors
- Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc)
- Adept at queue management
- Researching issues and inquiries
