**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.
- Document interactions and update systems as required.
- Collaborate with the team and support process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Graduate (UG/PG)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Comfortable with rotational shifts / night shifts.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
