About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and creative **Social Media Assistant** to support our content creation and day-to-day social operations. You’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager and marketing team to help bring our brand voice to life across all platforms—while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving, digital-first environment.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and more.
- Help maintain the social content calendar and ensure posts go out on time.
- Write engaging captions, source visuals, and brainstorm content ideas.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions—engage with followers and flag key conversations.
- Track social media trends, viral moments, and competitor activity.
- Support with influencer outreach, giveaways, and campaign coordination.
- Compile weekly/monthly reports on social media performance and insights.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (internships count).
- Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, and basic content planning tools (e.g. Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Strong writing and communication skills with a good eye for design.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn about digital marketing.
- Passionate about social media, culture, and staying ahead of trends.

Bonus Points
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other design/video tools.
- Knowledge of basic analytics or insights tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics).
- Familiarity with brand tone and content creation for businesses.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
