**Job Description: Social Media Assistant**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, fostering positive community engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaigns and objectives.
- Assist in the creation of social media calendars and content planning.
- Support influencer partnerships and campaigns, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing social media accounts or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create visually appealing content using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and emerging trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with video editing and content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
