**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
- Support in running social media ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ad managers is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
