The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk duties during overnight hours, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and completing the day’s financial reconciliation. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently during late-night shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist late-night guests with check-in, check-out, and any service inquiries.
- Process guest payments, post charges, and reconcile accounts.
- Balance all revenue and payment transactions from the day shift.
- Generate and distribute end-of-day reports for management and accounting.
- Ensure the accuracy of guest bills and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor hotel security and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Maintain the front desk area and lobby cleanliness and organization.
- Handle wake-up calls and guest requests during overnight hours.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance as needed for morning operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or accounting coursework is a plus.
- Previous hotel front desk or accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency with hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Maestro, or similar).
- Strong math and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Working Conditions**:

- Overnight shifts typically from [e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM].
- May require standing for extended periods and handling light cleaning duties.
- Calm and professional demeanor required in high-stress or emergency situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
