**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning & Hygiene**:

- Clean and sanitize dining area tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms regularly.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glasses, silverware, and kitchen utensils.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, including floors, countertops, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of trash areas and properly dispose of waste.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining kitchen supplies and inventory.
- **Assisting Service Team**:

- Support servers in bringing food and beverages to the dining area and assisting with table settings.
- Set up and break down dining areas for different shifts or special events.
- Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the kitchen by keeping all utensils, dishes, and cookware in proper order.
- Ensure all necessary items are readily available for the waitstaff and kitchen team.
- **Stock Management**:

- Help with restocking clean dishes, silverware, and glasses in designated areas.
- Ensure that the dining and kitchen areas have sufficient supplies (e.g., napkins, condiments, etc.).
- Assist with stock rotation and ensure the proper storage of cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Follow proper cleaning protocols to prevent contamination and maintain high sanitation standards.
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken equipment, plumbing) to management.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with waitstaff, kitchen, and management to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.
- Assist other team members with tasks as needed, especially during busy periods.
- Assist in ensuring that customer-facing areas maintain a welcoming and clean atmosphere.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
