**Profile Introduction**:
The Restaurant Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant, assisting with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, and supporting both the service and kitchen teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors, are clean and well-maintained. Perform regular cleaning tasks, including washing dishes, glassware, and utensils, and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized.
- Assist with the setup of dining areas before service, including arranging tables, setting up linens, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are in place. Breakdown and clean dining areas after service, including the removal of table settings and general cleaning.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of dining and kitchen supplies. Restock items as needed and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the Restaurant Manager or Head Chef.

**Profile Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in food safety and sanitation are a plus.
- Previous experience of 1-3 years in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage high-pressure situations with composure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
