ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
- Convert Leads to Qualified Opportunities leveraging strong customer understanding skills, following
the BANT guideline, by identifying the correct decision makers/influencers and understanding their
requirements along with timelines and budget (BANT).
- Work closely with the Marketing team to successfully executive Marketing Campaigns for her/his
business-territory in close coordination with the CC and NC
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation DB, Reporting and Lead Gen. Activity Tracker
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
- Establish & maintain strong relationships with clients & new prospects (following up on inbound leads
from different sources, proactive cold calling; and following up on outbound marketing campaigns)
- Update Sales Reporting Tools (IS Business Scorecards, CRMs, XLs, etc.) on a regular basis
- Present the performance progress in weekly Rhythm of Business calls (reviews)
QUALIFICATION & WORK-EXPERIENCE (MUST HAVES)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration or related field)
- 3-5 years of relevant (IT S/W lead gen.) work-experience in a similar role for Indian market, with a solid
- Excellent (effective) communication skills (verbal & written) with proficiency in English and Hindi and
interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Lead to Opportunity Qualification criteria (BANT/SPNACO, etc.)
- Hands-on experience of using some Lead-Gen. Tools (Lusha, Sales Navigator. Mr. E, Hub Spot, etc.),
Sales CRM (SFDC, D365, etc.), some Reporting Tools, (Google-Spreadsheet, CRM dashboards, etc.)
- Street smart with the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Possess personal, active, and verifiable network of business contacts
- Strong drive to succeed, no matter the odds that may set in
- Proactive by nature, willing to learn and a strong team player.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Relevant Inside Sales experience Tech-solution viz. Analytics, M365, GWS, Applications, ERP/CRM, etc.
- Strong MIS experience and analytical skills
- Team-handling skills
ADDITIONAL NOTES
stretched hours, if required only on need basis, just like any other team member.
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
