**JOB TITLE**: IT CO ORDINATOR

**Title of immediate supervisor**:IT MANAGER

**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for managing and supporting various aspects of organization’s technology infrastructure. Primarily includes providing technical support to end users, maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, managing networks, ensure data security and implementing IT policies and procedures

**RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES**
- **Technical Support**:
Responding to user inquiries, resolving hardware and software issues, and providing technical assistance to ensure smooth operations of computer systems and networks.
- **Hardware and Software Management**:

- **Data Security**:
Implementing and enforcing IT security policies, conducting security audits, monitoring security logs, and responding to security breaches.
- **Network Administration**:
Configuring and maintaining user accounts, access privileges and passwords to ensure appropriate level of system access and data security.
- **System Maintenance**:
Performing routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, security patches and system monitoring to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- **User accounts management**:
creating and managing user accounts, access privileges and passwords to ensure appropriate levels of system access and data security.
- **Inventory Management**:
Create and maintain database for all IT assets and make sure that every asset transaction is documented.
- **Documentation and Training**:

- **Research and Evaluation**:
Staying updated with the latest technology trends, evaluating new tools and solutions, and making recommendations for their implementation to enhance efficiency and productivity

**Preferred location** : Edappal Malapuram

**Package ** : Up to 25,000/- ( Based on Experience, Technical Knowledge, Previous Salary )

**Work Time** : 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM ( Monday to Saturday )

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edappal, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
