Job Summary:

Sysgreen Edappal is seeking a smart, organized, and customer-focused lady professional to join our team as a Sales and Service Coordinator. The candidate will coordinate between clients, sales executives, and technical teams to ensure smooth handling of solar and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects — from inquiry to installation and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Coordination:

  • Handle customer inquiries for solar systems and ELV solutions (CCTV, access control, networking, etc.).
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with engineers for technical inputs.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
  • Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and report preparation.
  • Follow up with clients for quotation status, order confirmations, and payments.

Service Coordination:

  • Receive and track service calls, complaints, and maintenance requests.
  • Schedule service visits and ensure timely resolution with service engineers.
  • Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) tracking and renewals.
  • Maintain service history and prepare periodic performance summaries.

Office Administration:

  • Assist in preparing invoices, delivery notes, and project completion reports.
  • Maintain organized records of sales and service documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material dispatch and logistics.
  • Support marketing and customer engagement activities when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Business Administration.
  • Experience: 1–4 years in sales/service coordination (preferably in Solar or ELV sector).
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of solar systems (on-grid/off-grid/hybrid).
  • Familiarity with ELV systems (CCTV, access control, PA, and networking).
  • Computer Skills: MS Office, Excel, and basic ERP/CRM knowledge preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively between multiple teams.

  • Location: Sysgreen Office, Edappal.
  • Gender: Ladies Preferred.
  • Languages: Malayalam, English
  • Driving License: Preferred, not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹13,509.30 per month
