**Job description**
- Develop and maintain relationships with national & international customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing ones
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Communicate with logistics teams to ensure smooth shipping processes

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet sales targets and achieve export revenue goals
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
- Prepare sales reports, sales data.
- Ensure compliance with import & export regulations and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Participating in trade shows and exhibitions
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of materials, and production processes

Requirements Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service.
- Fluency in English is must.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
