Job Responsibilities:

- **Campaign Strategy and Planning**:Develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure targeted and effective ad placements. Collaborate with the marketing team to align Facebook ad campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.

**Ad Creation and Copywriting**:Create compelling and visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. Write persuasive ad copy that communicates the brand message and encourages user engagement. A/B test ad variations to optimize performance and maximize results.

**Campaign Implementation and Management**:Set up and launch Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategies. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs).Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget constraints.

**Audience Targeting and Segmentation**:Utilize audience targeting tools to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors. Implement retargeting strategies to engage users who have interacted with the brand but haven't converted.

**Budget Management**:Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).Provide regular budget reports and recommendations for optimization.

**Collaboration and Reporting**:Collaborate with the design team for the creation of visually appealing ad creatives. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or any related field.
- Proven experience in managing Facebook advertising campaigns with a successful track record of achieving KPIs.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copy writing.
- any kind of digital marketing training experience.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other social media advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
