Looking for freshers who want To make their career in Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

**Responsibilities of Google Ads**:

- **Learning and Familiarization**: Understand the basics of Google Ads platform, including different ad formats, targeting options, and campaign settings.
- **Campaign Setup and Management**: Assist in setting up ad campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bidding strategies.
- **Monitoring and Optimization**: Analyze campaign performance metrics (like CTR, CPC) and make recommendations for optimization to improve ad performance.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports on campaign performance and key metrics to track progress and effectiveness of ad campaigns.
- **Research and Analysis**: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to suggest new ideas and strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the team to brainstorm new campaign ideas and strategies, and contribute to team meetings with insights and suggestions.
- **Testing**: Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to determine the most effective combinations.
- **Client Communication**: Depending on the role, you might also interact with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and provide updates on campaign progress.

**Responsibilities of Facebook ads**:

- Get familiar with campaign objectives, ad sets, audience targeting, placements, budgeting, and reporting tools.
- Help set up and launch Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Assist in selecting objectives (like conversions, traffic, engagement, etc.).
- Learn to define and create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and demographic targeting strategies.
- Help create, test, and manage ad creatives (text, image, video).
- Collaborate with designers or use templates for quick creative mockups.
- Track metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Assist in identifying low-performing ads and suggest improvements.
- Set up split tests to compare different creatives, headlines, CTAs, or audiences.
- Compile campaign performance data into easy-to-understand reports.
- Learn how to draw insights from data.
- Stay up to date with the latest Facebook Ads features, policy changes, and industry best practices.
- Work with marketing teams, graphic designers, and copywriters to align ad strategy with business goals.
- **Basic knowledge of Pixel setup & tracking events**:

- **Understanding of funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)**:

- **Some exposure to Meta Business Suite or Creator Studio**
