**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Assist in planning and executing content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Post, schedule, and manage daily content (text, images, videos, stories).
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
- Track performance metrics and help prepare social media reports.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to suggest content improvements.

**Google Ads**:

- Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Search and Display campaigns.
- Support the creation of ad copies, keyword research, and audience targeting.
- Help track conversions and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Learn to use tools like Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-1.5 year of experience in social media and/or Google Ads.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice to Have**:

- Google Ads certification (not mandatory).
- Experience with basic design tools (Photoshop, Canva).
- Knowledge of SEO basics.
- Basic understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads interface.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Google Ads: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
