JOB TITLE : BOILER DCS OPERATOR

LOCATION : DURG, CHHATTISGARH

Job Summary:
The Boiler DCS Operator is responsible for the operation, monitoring, and control of boiler systems within a power plant or industrial facility using a Distributed Control System (DCS). This role ensures that the boilers are operating efficiently, safely, and within regulatory and environmental compliance. The Boiler DCS Operator will monitor system performance, adjust control parameters, troubleshoot issues, and respond to alarms to maintain optimal boiler functionality.

Key Responsibilities
- **Monitor and Control Boiler Systems**: Operate and adjust boiler systems through DCS, ensuring optimal steam production, temperature, pressure, and fuel flow while maintaining efficiency and safety.
- **Troubleshoot and Maintain Equipment**: Identify and resolve issues with boiler operations, including combustion, feedwater systems, and pressure relief, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive actions.
- **Ensure Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and environmental standards, responding to alarms, system malfunctions, and emergency situations promptly and appropriately.
- **Record and Report Data**: Maintain accurate logs of boiler performance, operational parameters, and incidents, providing detailed reports to management for operational review and compliance purposes.
- **Coordinate with Teams**: Collaborate with engineers, other operators, and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and quick resolution of system issues.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
