JOB TITLE : DCS OPERATOR

LOCATION : DURG, CHHATTISGARH

Job Summary:
A **DCS Operator** (Distributed Control System Operator) is responsible for overseeing and controlling various industrial processes, systems, and equipment using DCS technology in manufacturing plants, power plants, refineries, and similar environments. The role involves monitoring automated systems, managing real-time operations, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of the processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- **System Monitoring**: DCS Operators monitor automated systems and control panels that regulate industrial processes, such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and chemical compositions.
- **Process Control**: They adjust and fine-tune parameters on the control system to optimize performance and ensure that processes stay within safe and efficient operating limits.
- **Troubleshooting and Maintenance**: Identifying and addressing faults, malfunctions, or deviations in processes. This may involve manual intervention or escalating issues to maintenance teams.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Operators gather data on system performance, analyze trends, and report on operational efficiency, downtime, and other key metrics.
- **Safety and Compliance**: They ensure that safety protocols and environmental regulations are followed during operations. This includes responding to alarms and emergencies and executing shutdown or startup procedures as necessary.
- **Communication**: DCS Operators collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other plant staff to coordinate operations and troubleshooting. They also may be responsible for maintaining logs and reports for regulatory compliance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
