Store Supervisor Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing salespeople, cashiers, shelf stockers, and other employees.

2. Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.

3. Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks.

4. Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.

5. Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.

6. Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.

7. Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.

8. Motivating employees to achieve targets.

9. Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.

10.Monitor on suggestive selling ,up selling, and cross selling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
