**Position: Store Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:
**Delivering an excellent customer service experience on a consistent basis** Addressing customer concerns in a diplomatic manner, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for the improvement of the process **Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life** Generating management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans. **Executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently.** Leading the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager **Managing e-commerce order fulfilment. Including but not limited to overseeing the entire process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
