**We Are Actively hiring for Sales Co-ordinator**

**Designation**:Sales Coordinator (Female)

**Location**:Bhandup, Mumbai

**ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**:

- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Experience required: 1-2 years in IT industry as a sales coordinator
- Should be comfortable for client visit if necessary
- Fluency in English, Marathi & Hindi
- Proficient in MS office, MS Excel, MIS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Design sales strategies and processes.
- Generates reports regarding the status of the department.
- Client coordination
- Daily Maintaining database
- Resolve issues that prevent the timely dispatch of gensets and spares both with customers and with all departments involved.
- Providing dealer support in resolving problems associated with delivery issues, pricing / payment / commercial issues
