**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound customer calls, answering queries and resolving concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries related to products and services.
- Process customer requests, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling general administrative tasks.
- Support data entry and basic computer operations for efficient office management.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or administration is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (required)
