**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

Manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel plans.

Handle accounts, vendor payments, and maintain financial records in coordination with accountants.

Coordinate all activities at the music studio, including artist scheduling, production timelines, and equipment requirements.

Liaise with industry contacts, suppliers, and service providers.

Organise meetings, events, and ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks.

Maintain a structured filing system for both physical and digital records.

Research and prepare reports, presentations, or data as needed.

Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters.

**Requirements**:
5-10 years of relevant experience in a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

Maturity, discretion, and professionalism in dealing with senior stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and comfort with digital tools. Knowledge of Mac OS and Apple Computers will be appreciated.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to diverse work areas.

Prior experience in the music industry and/or oil & gas sector will be an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Hindi/Marathi will be a plus.

Compensation: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month, negotiable (depending on experience and skills).

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
