**Role Overview**
We are seeking **highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales / Business Development Executives (BDE)** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for **engaging with potential students and professionals**, driving enrollments in our career development programs, and contributing to the company's growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales Conversion**: Understand customer needs, explain program benefits, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
**Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain strong connections with leads, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.
**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
**Revenue Generation**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Follow-Ups & Reporting**: Maintain an updated CRM database, follow up with potential leads, and generate sales reports.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and training teams to optimize lead generation and engagement.
**Who Can Apply?**
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
**Experience**: 0-3 years in Inside Sales, Business Development, or any customer-facing role (**Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome**).
**Skills**:
✔ Passion for sales, counseling, and the education industry.
✔ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
✔ Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales automation platforms is a plus.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn & grow.
