
Social Media Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video, that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand identity.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and conversations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.
- Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to reach our audience and stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our social media presence and reach new audiences.
- Implement social media contests, giveaways, and other engagement tactics to foster community growth and interaction.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing audience engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging social media technologies.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
